Join AIM at the 2023 Lean Network Conference

Honda suppliers and Lean Network members are invited join AIM at the 2023 Lean Network Conference in Fort Wayne, Indiana on May 16-17, 2023.

AIM will be in the exhibition area ready to speak with you about your ERP, EDI and Bar Code Label requirements. Let us help meet your automotive mandates for customer EDI, supplier EDI, Kanban management, demand management, barcode labeling, and MMOG/LE and IATF 16949 requirements. We specialize in ERP business solutions and consultancy services for automotive production part suppliers. With nearly 40 years of automotive industry expertise, AIM is the excited to continue helping automotive suppliers keep everything trackable, traceable and efficient.

This year’s theme is “Quality Flows Through Lean.”

This two-day event, which is free to Lean Network members, will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 16-17, 2023. Tuesday morning features two keynote speakers. First off, Oliver Bell will present “Free Your Mind & Team to Pursue Excellence.” A leadership talk encouraging an open-minded approach to creating a culture of excellence impacting quality, improvement, safety, and pragmatic action leading to positive people practices, business expansion, and the elimination of red tape contrary to such efforts. Secondly, Scott Warrick will present “Leading a Brain Healthy Workplace.” In this session, you will learn how we humans damage our brains every day, how we can rewire and repair our brains back from mental disorders, and what leaders must do to ensure a brain healthy workplace.

The Lean Network Conference break out in sessions in the afternoon, and continue sessions on Wednesday. There will be six tracks to choose from:

3. Training for Quality
4. Launch Preparation
5. Lean Quality
6. Quality and EHS

On Tuesday evening, there is a special Exhibitor Reception from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., be sure to visit our booth during this time to ask questions, and network.

What is the Lean Network?

The Lean Network is a non-profit corporation composed of companies who supply Honda, working together to advance Lean principles in their own companies. It is a resource for your entire organization, where topics of meetings and workshops appeal to a broad cross-section of your organization, including your top management. In this Network, members are expected to share their successful practices frequently, through workshops, meetings and presentations. The Network is self-directed through a member steering committee, which coordinates training, meetings, conferences and networking opportunities.
