Our Support Portal gives exclusive access for AIM Customers to activities that are essential to their success. Among other things, the portal allows customers to view our document library, download service pack lists and instructions for installs, and submit a support case. In addition, it provides clients access to User Group agendas, post meeting newsletters and exclusive access to video recording of product training and industry topics presented at User Group meetings.

AIM has an active User Group that participates in a full range of activities.
