Foundation of the Company
First formed as LDJ Electronics Incorporated a world leading manufacturer of measuring and control equipment for the magnetic materials industry in 1970.
1982
Computer Division Branch
Computer Division formed in 1982, as we recognized the need for an integrated system for all data processing. Actively participated in forming of Automotive Industry Action Group and integrating AIAG EDI specifications into our software.
1991
Employees Acquire Computer Division
In 1991, Jeff Siciliano, then Division Manager of the LDJ Computer Division and Mike See, then Systems Manager acquire the Computer Division and assume the responsibilities of President and Vice President Respectively.
2001
Move to New Location
In 2001, AIM moved to their current location in Fraser, a suburb of Detroit Michigan.
2004
Executive Team Expands
In 2004, Jerry Czernel rejoined the team as Vice President of Operations handling Business Development Project Management.
