AIM Computer Solutions COVID-19 Response

 In News

As COVID-19 (Coronavirus) continues to spread, AIM Computer Solutions’ primary concerns surround the well being of each of our employees, clients and their family members.

Monday’s announcement and Executive Order by Michigan Governor Whitmer to “Stay Home, Stay Safe” has many effects on our community, but we wanted to let you know that our Business Continuity Plan is fully implemented and our staff is working from home to handle your business needs.

There are a few specific updates we need to share:

Customer Support

As we emphasized last week, our customer support hotline and email continues to operate. The best way to communicate with our Support staff if by sending an email to support@aimcom.com.

Our Support Hotline sends you to our voicemail system. Any voicemail that is left is converted into and audio file and emailed to our AIM Support Team. Our team has a return call process in place and will help address your concerns.

Project Implementations

Our implementers continue to be available for phone-based and virtual based training. This time may present an opportunity for you to seek additional training; if it does, reach out to your account manager directly, or to our Director of Implementation Services, Jeff Sawka, who can assist is aligning the best resource for your needs.

AIM University Training Classes

Our in-person March 26th, EDI Class and March 31st, Order Management Class have been postponed. We will seek to reschedule them once in-person activities can continue. If you are seeking virtual training during this time, please reach out to Denise Woods or your account manager.

While we cannot predict with certainty what will happen in the coming weeks and months, you can rest assured that AIM Computer Solutions will do everything we can to ensure our level of service continues to exceed your expectations.

We will continue to keep up with the guidance of the centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and state and local governments on this matter to navigate any uncertainty.

If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out Account Manager.

We are here to help support you and your business during this challenging time.
