These apps streamline tasks such as shipping verification, RFID tracking, label printing, Kanban execution, and audit enforcement—all while maintaining compliance with MMOG/LE and IATF 16949.

What It Does

AIM Mobility - Shipping

Perform shipping tasks directly from the dock using a tablet and barcode scanner. Create master labels from staged container serial labels, view and delete scanned labels, and check for exceptions between what was pulled and what was ordered. Finalize orders and print shipping paperwork—all synced with AIM AutoSys in real time.

AIM Mobility – Toyota Skid Build & Freight Load

Ensure compliance with Toyota’s Shipping Confirmation System (TSCS). This app captures skid build details and validates freight load data—including destination, driver, trailer number, and SCAC—before the truck departs. All shipment data syncs back to AutoSys to generate accurate ASNs and labels.

Support GP12 containment audits and prototype build validation right at the dock. This app ensures quality checks are performed before paperwork is printed or ASNs are transmitted. It enforces real-time hold-and-release logic within AIM AutoSys to prevent premature shipment of flagged containers.

Over the past seven years, our company has been working with AIM Vision. The software has provided us with a great solution for Repetitive Manufacturing and is very strong in providing a solid solution for EDI, Inventory Control, Production Posting, Purchasing, Shipping and Receiving. On the Accounting side the software talks seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics GP.

Overall, we have been happy with the Support from AIM and the overall software. Great Group of people and they are based out of Michigan. Prior to AIM Vision, we used another ERP package for over 7-years and walked away from it; then moved over to AIM Vision.
