Manage Customer Orders

Track and process customer demands based on customer cumulative requirements and shipments. Analyze demand trends with release history comparisons. Manage customer and supplier cum variances, an automotive industry best practice.

Facilitate Daily Shipping Processes

Manage OEM and sub-tier shipping requirements for domestic and international shipments including PPAP levels, returnable container tracking, shipping paperwork and ASNs. Handle shipment logistics and load scheduling for LTL truck, pool consolidations and expedited shipments. Built in error catching based on OEM business logic minimizes ASN rejections.

Handle Bar Code Label Requirements

Flexible label creation methods allow users to auto create and print based on shipping requirements, print line side during the production process, or create and print labels on demand. OEM and sub tier requirements, including data sent on inbound EDI are incorporated into the collection of more than 1800 bar code label formats. Special integration for OEM systems include the Toyota Shipping Confirmation System.

Manage Supplier Orders

Easily handle purchase orders for production based on replenishment triggers and MRP Planned Orders. Send and receive Supplier EDI as required by MMOG/LE mandates. Utilize PO requisitions for maintenance, repair and operation expenses. Track vendor analysis based on anticipated receipts and receipt history to assess quality and on time delivery.

Administer Outside Processing

Control all aspects of shipping and receiving product for additional manufacturing processing and automatically integrate with PO Receiving and Production. Handles many outside processing scenarios allowing for flexible part routing and bill of material.

Mobile Enabled Shipping and Receiving

Android based tablet apps connect to AIM Vision for shipping and receiving and provide on-the-go flexibility, real time visibility and dock side processing that saves time and increases accuracy.

Over the past seven years, our company has been working with AIM Vision. The software has provided us with a great solution for Repetitive Manufacturing and is very strong in providing a solid solution for EDI, Inventory Control, Production Posting, Purchasing, Shipping and Receiving. On the Accounting side the software talks seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics GP.

Overall, we have been happy with the Support from AIM and the overall software. Great Group of people and they are based out of Michigan. Prior to AIM Vision, we used another ERP package for over 7-years and walked away from it; then moved over to AIM Vision.
