While there are many great things about the AIM family and software, I feel the user group meetings are a great way that I get current and upcoming info on the use of the software, changes and other software solutions that we can use to support our operations.

Over the past seven years, our company has been working with AIM Vision. The software has provided us with a great solution for Repetitive Manufacturing and is very strong in providing a solid solution for EDI, Inventory Control, Production Posting, Purchasing, Shipping and Receiving. On the Accounting side the software talks seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics GP.
Overall, we have been happy with the Support from AIM and the overall software. Great Group of people and they are based out of Michigan. Prior to AIM Vision, we used another ERP package for over 7-years and walked away from it; then moved over to AIM Vision.

By getting people to feel confident about AIM’s capabilities we were able to reduce our clerical staff by 50%, our material handling staff by 50%, and we no longer need a truck or truck driver to shuttle emergencies around. This was all due in part to us now being able to maintain correct vendor component inventories and finished goods inventory, and by being able to correctly identify what our customer wanted. Our excess transportation costs went from well over 6-figures down to ZERO. As a business tool, AIM Vision can reduce the cost of doing business.

I’ve been a client of AIM Computer Solutions, Inc. since 1995. I enjoy immensely when I receive a cold-call about our ERP system that I can say “everything’s running great! Thanks for the call but take us off your list.” AIM is one of the few vendors I can say that about.
The service staff is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They have a deep knowledge of the software, which allows us to keep current and constantly improved our processes. Also they have been very helpful, as customer requirements are always changing; they allow us to change to satisfy the new requirements. They also help us make hardware decisions and integrate that hardware with AIM Vision.
The AIM Vision interface to Microsoft Dynamics SL works incredibly well and is one more thing we don’t have to worry about since working with AIM Computer Solutions, Inc.
The ability to influence product enhancements is a great advantage for us. AIM is able to respond to customer suggestions at focus group meetings. Just recently we switched to a new Release Entry application that we and other AIM customers offered guidance on. It allows us to interact with the application is a very timely and convenient matter. Everything we need is on one screen – or one tab click away. Our release entry clerk has let me know that it’s a big time saver, and allows her to get more done with all the time she’s freed up.

Once again the AIM Support Group gives me some more ammunition to use when espousing the benefits of AIM software. Their support on the implementation of Chrysler and Ford/Kautex EDI has been outstanding. While I enjoy the relationship that I have with the account executives who made the original sale, a big part of why I continue to recommend AIM at every opportunity is because of AIM’s implementation and support.

Some standout features of AIM Vision include the ability to auto schedule reports to run and the ability to print to email within AIM Vision.

With the recent PentaSAP changes at Chrysler (which included a surprise CUM reset and changes to the ASN and 810 Invoice) the value of the focus and the expertise AIM brings to the Automotive EDI/MRP arena was more clear than ever. Every time I called with a question the AIM Support Team either already knew of the issue and was working directly with Chrysler, or was prepared to explain to me what I was doing wrong. I didn’t waste days creating a support ticket, wait to have the call returned by first level support where I have to explain the issue again, only to have the ticket transferred to another department, where I have to explain my issue again. I call in with an issue and the team at AIM helps me resolve it in quickly enough to submit my ASN on time.
