As your single source service provider, we offer you convenience and a staff
of dedicated professionals who are ready to help you with your implementation,
training and support needs.
Account Management
AIM will assign a Project Manager to act as the focal point for
communications between all parties.
Project Managers will coordinate the efforts of programmers,
analysts, and service personnel to provide the type of full-service
response your installation requires.
AIM, together with your staff, will create a plan for all system
implementations. This will be used to manage the implementation and
will be updated periodically based on milestone accomplishment and
plan changes.

Customer Support
The AIM Customer Support Group provides a variety of services for our
customers:
- Hotline support is provided Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to
6:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Extended and weekend
hours are also available.
- Customer Support personnel are trained to answer general questions on
software, systems and hardware, as well as troubleshoot problems.
- They also provide first level hardware diagnostics and the
interpretation of equipment or software irregularities, and can coordinate
additional services with a third-party service provider.

User Group
AIM has an active Users Group that participates in a full range of
activities. These assist our customers not only in their use of our
application products, but also provides a forum to keep everyone
abreast of the evolving changes in the way a repetitive manufacturer
competes in the global marketplace today.
The User Group is offered as part of the maintenance agreement. The
following is a sampling of the User Group activities:
- Regularly scheduled meetings where new Trading Partner
requirements on JIT, EDI, bar code technologies, and other topics
are discussed for use within the AIM Vision® software.
- New ideas are solicited, directly from our customers, on how AIM
might improve our service level and application solutions.
- Guest speakers representing AIAG, General Motors, Progress
Software and other influential representatives are frequently
invited to exchange ideas and forecast "future goals and
customer/supplier requirements".
- Publication of a quarterly newsletter, VISIONEWS, which
recaps the activities and decisions of the User's Group Meeting as
well as other pertinent information.

Education & Training
AIM has an educated staff who understand the manufacturing
industry and the challenges you face now and in the future. Our staff
will guide you through overview and detail application training from
the start of your implementation. They provide training for all
application groups. It can be conducted either at the AIM training
center or on-site at your facility. Provided with your training are
reference materials which can be used for notes and future reference.
