AIM’s RapidTrak™ is an advanced rapid deployment warehousing and tracking software system that is enabled via barcode Automated Identification Technology [AIT] and Radio Frequency Technology [RFT],    PC entry capable for backup input devices.  RapidTrak™ is designed to implement a flexible and easy to use material location system for multiple uses in a manufacturing environment:

The base module can be extended to include such features as purchasing, supply chain, focused logistics, and proven material planning based on single or blanket orders. In addition, RapidTrak™ can be configured to accept EDI demands with complete Release Accounting.

Add on… later: RapidTrak™ is designed to provide basic warehousing, tracking and logistics functionalities immediately, with supply chain logic and the ability to add on additional modules as secondary needs arise. 

Start up features: Many start up features are provided to assist users in “once only” work to stand up the system.  Helpful features move the implementation rapidly into service; for example, easy to use Excel imports of inventory items and preconfigured screens with role/id/access security in place.

Extensive use of bar code technology, alone, or coupled with radio frequency technology provides state of the art data input integrity while increasing throughput and reducing operator errors.

Virtual warehouse-locations provide the optimum in flexibility in RapidTrak™ deployment.  Each warehouse can be assigned multiple characteristics pertinent to the placement of stores:  materiel items not allowed in this virtual space, warehouses where materiel is not to be considered available for processing, staging warehouse-locations, etc.

Smart Material Items the ability to assign location characteristics to material items that are required to be located, when possible, near or not near other specified material items, flagged as hazardous material, etc.

Track ID logic helps simplify the retrieval of material items from locations.

Grouping /Ungrouping logic allows you to group multiple Track IDs and track movement together.

Location Verification logic is designed to assist in the location of material items to a warehouse code based on first in first out logic, or specific lot number [advanced].

Intelligent Label Software prints labels in barcode formats that identify material item number and description, quantity, date of label print, lot or identification number and other user defined data used for tracking and retrieval purposes.
