AIM Computer Solutions, Inc to Increase the Number of Annual User Group Meetings. [Fraser, MI – March 30, 2011] AIM Computer Solutions, a recognized leader in software for the automotive supplier, announced today that at the request of their customer community they will increase the frequency of their user group meetings to four per year. “Our customer community appreciates the way we run our user group… like a business cooperative where all customers have common automotive needs and benefit from new and timely features of AIM Vision,” says Jerry Czernel, Vice President of Operations, AIM Computer Solutions. “AIM has been servicing the automotive supplier community for over 20 years, and has been hosting these meetings since day one. We have a ‘cooperative customer based business model’ where customers have input into the design of our software through collaborations like these,” says Jeff Siciliano, President of AIM Computer Solutions. A typical user group meeting provides for customer input, special training sessions, industry guest speakers, product development discussion, software update news, and lunch. The user group meetings are free to customers as part of their paid maintenance. The meeting is informal and provides time for users to exchange ideas and even form steering groups for special activities and software reviews. For those customers who can’t attend in person, AIM provides online functionality to allow participation through the internet by invitation. About AIM Computer Solutions, Inc.
